Frequently asked questions
Full Access — your mentor sees everything: all trades, P&L figures, account balance, and all analytics pages including the dashboard, calendar, and prop challenge.
Trade List Only — your mentor sees your trades (symbol, direction, dates, strategy, tags) but P&L, commission, swap fees and account balance are hidden. Analytics pages that show financial data are not accessible.
Yes. Each share is independent — you can invite as many mentors as you want to the same account, each with their own access level. They each have their own separate comment thread.
The bot works with any broker that supports the cTrader platform. This includes IC Markets, Pepperstone, FxPro, Fusion Markets and many others. It does not work with MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) accounts.
Yes — you can import trades via Excel (.xlsx) file. Use a Backtest account type for historical data so it stays separate from your live trading. The imported trades will appear in all analytics and can be used to simulate a prop challenge.
The mentor immediately loses access to your journal. They can no longer view trades, analytics, or leave comments. Existing comments they left are preserved but no new ones can be added. You can re-invite them at any time.
The simulation runs against your real trade history using the exact rules you configure: profit target %, daily loss limit %, max drawdown %, trailing drawdown (end-of-day high-water mark logic), and minimum trading days. Results are recalculated fresh each time you run it, so they always reflect your current trade data.
Click the sun/moon toggle button in the top navigation bar. Your preference is saved automatically and will be remembered the next time you log in.
The web app is responsive and works on mobile browsers. A dedicated iOS and Android app with trade logging and stats is on the roadmap.
